Will you make our customers more data driven?

Our organization and customers are growing. That’s why we’re looking for a customer engagement consultant (36-40 hours) who thinks in tune with the needs of our customers, is always ready to help them and enables them to grow. You make our customers more successful by keeping control of all their marketing and data questions and challenges. At least one day a week you’ll join us at our office in Nieuwegein to catch up with your colleagues.

What you’re going to do
You’re in charge of managing the marketing campaigns of our customers – for them or with them. This means that from the first customer meeting on, you’ll be involved in documenting the campaign plans and briefings and elaborating the customer journeys. With this input, you’ll start working in our data platforms, where you’ll independently create new segments and scores, thereby shaping new audiences. You arrange customer journeys in such a way that they trigger the right audiences at the right moments, with the best personalized messages, sent through the perfect channel.

Customers continuously challenge you to come up with the most creative solutions to all sorts of marketing- and data-related problems. You’re the point of contact and bring a detail-driven approach to finding out what best suits each customer and how they can reach their targets most efficiently. A team of pro-active colleagues is always there to help you.

You are
Someone who’s interested in customer engagement, campaign management, consultancy, data engineering and/or data science. Lots of new colleagues start with a broad scope, but aim to specialize themselves in (a) specific topic(s) and interest(s) further down the line. There’s plenty of room for this.

You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and are ready for your first or second challenge. You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and possess a fine use of English. You also have strong communication skills, are eager to learn and gain energy from sharing thoughts with customers to come up with creative solutions that drive them forward. Providing well-grounded consultancy is hugely important.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent Dutch in speech and writing, a good command of the English language.
  • Affinity with data, and strong analytical skills.
  • Eager to learn, creative and strong communication skills.
  • It’s an advantage if you:
    • have work experience with data analyses, making marketing selections, A/B testing and CRO.
    • have experience with data platforms, website personalization, creating derived features and segmentations, and audiences.
