About Invenna
We specialize in data platform technology. With our Customer Data Platform and KYC platform, we provide solutions for unlocking, aggregating, applying, and monitoring customer data within marketing, compliance, and IT.
Invenna is part of TDA Group, a group of brands specializing in data, technology, and analytics. The group also includes the brands Campaigns Unlimited, GeoMarktprofiel, Global Group, Human Inference, and Whooz.
Within the group, TDA Group bv is the data controller. This means they process the personal data you provided to us or one of the other brands as part of a business relationship.

Which data do we process and why?
We process your personal data to:
- Contact you upon request.
- Provide requested information, such as downloadable documents like a case or infographic.
- Process your event registration and keep you updated.
- Keep you informed of the latest news and relevant content, which may include information from one or more of TDA Group's brands.
We will store your data in our marketing and relationship system when you complete a website form. We always request your first name and email address in a website form. Occasionally, we ask for your last name, company name, phone number, job title, and industry.
The contact information we request and process is always related to business. If we send you information, it will always be in a business context and only if it is relevant to your position or the industry in which you work.
The basis for processing
If you check the opt-in checkbox on a contact form, you are permitting us to inform you about the latest news and relevant content from Invenna and TDA Group. You can revoke your consent anytime by visiting the preferences page at the bottom of each email.
By requesting a downloadable document through a website form or registering for an event, you are permitting us to keep you updated on the latest news and relevant content from Invenna or TDA Group. You can opt out anytime using the preferences page at the bottom of each email.
Sometimes, we process personal data to execute or prepare an agreement, such as when you request a demo or register for an event.
Security measures: ISO 27001
Invenna, as part of TDA Group, holds an ISO 27001 information security certification. This means that both technical and organizational security measures are in place. Therefore, we strictly adhere to a comprehensive security policy and standards. An independent auditor conducts annual tests to ensure compliance.
Right to inspect and object

A data protection officer and a privacy officer have also been appointed.

Processing Data for Google
Methods of processing
Invenna takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing uses computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to Invenna, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by Invenna. Invenna may request an updated list of these parties at any time.
Legal basis of processing
Invenna may process Personal Data relating to Users of Clients if one of the following applies:
- Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes.;
- Provision of Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with the User and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof;
- Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Invenna is subject;
- Processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority vested in Invenna;
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Invenna or a third party.
In any case, Invenna will gladly help clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, particularly whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
Place
The Data are processed at Invenna's secure datacenter and other places where the parties are located.
Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. To find out more about where such transferred data are processed, users can check the section containing details about the processing of personal data.
If broader protection standards are applicable, Users are also entitled to learn about the legal basis of Data transfers to a country outside the European Union or any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by Invennato safeguard their Data.

Retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which they have been collected. Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Invenna and the User shall be retained until such contract has been entirely performed.
- Personal Data collected for the Client’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by Client within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting Invenna.
Invenna may be allowed to retain the User’s Personal Data for an extended period whenever the User has given Client consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Invenna may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a more extended period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow Invennaand Google to provide their Service to Client, comply with its legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as the following: Analytics.
